HGUC 1/144 RX-93 Nu Gundam

Posted by Erix93 : 18th December 2008 -2:00am

"Chars Counter Attack" - my first & ever Gundam animation since 1988, Nu Gundam, 1 of my very favoutite Gundam mecha. I love it more than any others Gundam.

This my own work & not a commision work, just a fun build for myself, & I plan to do finish it ASAP before any commision work comes in. :p

As I mentioned, it's just a fun build for my own, so din plan to do any big surgery to change it's out look & design, but as usual, torso mod always is a "MUST BE" to me.
.... Let the engine start!!

I removed the original stripes on it's side vent, plan to replace it with some StripStyrene.
And also, plan to do something to the lower vent to.

This is how I mod the lower vent....

I do some tricks on the side cannon with my unuse technical pencil...

A "MUST DO" step on the V-Fin...

Test fit.

Plan to lengthen the chest part...

Using 1mm pla-plate to do the lengthen job...
Sorry... after finished everything only notice I didn't took any front pictures before primer...:p

Add on some pla-plate just to make some simple mod.

I cut off the under neck part, & trying to make it deeper than the original so that I can makes some detailing on that area & hopeto make it looks got some dept difference....

Simple panel line on the chest cover part. Test fit!!

Now comes to the torso .... After Mr. Whitebase always complain why my torso mod only got 1 layer of articulation on all my kits...
I decided ti try his 2 layer technic.. "erix the copy cat >:>"
Is hard for me to give some explaination, just hope "Pictures tell everything"..... :p

Test fit!!

Still need to do some error checking here & there on the torso, will up-date when it done,
stay tune for the next up-date & thank you for viewing!!
