After the test fitting, I did some similar
work on the legs, by adding the additional surface details using
pla-plate sheets. The knee and ankle joints were fixed in place,
and the ‘insulating’ material details re-sculpted back on like
what I did on the elbows. |

|
| Next, I started detailing on the main body of the kit. Nothing
much was done here, just the same pla-plate detailing, some panel
line scribing, and some kotobukiya parts. |

Here’s a test fit so far. |

| Next up, it was time to work
on the pilot. The original kit came with the pilot figure with
the face exposed. I was a bit lazy to do painting on the face,
so I decided to cover up the face. It fit the overall ‘swat theme’
very well too!

Did some more cleaning up on the main body
of the kit, and added in more details. It’s just about ready
for painting now! |

Here’s a shot of it almost completed. Colours used were Mr.Color
Navy Blue as the main body color. |
