Banpresto Non Scale Gundam Head Display

TURN A Gundam
It has been a long time...

The reason for my delay in putting up this WIP thread... been with me
for quite awhile. Bye bye old lamp... (973)

Now this is wat my table looks like, might seem like a lack of lighting but it is blinding bright! got it from IKEA for about 50RM, don't buy yhe IKEA bulbs, cheap but their lights turn out yellow. Got me a philips bulb only 10 bucks more and very white.

Ok, enough of this, time to start...
This was the turn-A gundam head before i started to do any work. I have started off with drawing the lines from which i will cut later on.
Here you can see the head is really lacking in details so most probably i will ONLY add on some realistic details because it looks really anime like now. But knowing the other members of Ebasenet they will force me to do more mods! >.<"
The back part, a little more interesting but still the same, no details and very plain, but i think i'll try to keep the original feel of the turn-A.
The back "trojan" fin joins the back of the head like this, but to get rid of the seamline running through the middle i had to make the fin fit in after joining the 2 halves.
Here is the 'C cut' so that i can slide n snap it into place after closing the head.
There are a few mold lines on this head but no major problems, this part is a little bad as u can see them on the side.
After separating the parts it should look something like this. This allows a nicer look when viewed from the front because you can see the panel lines.
I was trying to get rid of the panel line but if i glued the front n back halves the big round ball for a head would look even rounder!! So instead i kept them seperate in case i need to fiddle with lights inside and all.
Covering the joint with putty. Most of my joints are done with plastic cement as i feel they are stonger and don't "snap" under pressure.
Here is the face part, no face mask like other gundams so i'm adding
some details on the side vents.
After cutting out the hole for adding details. This gundam head is made of really thick plastic so it might take a little bit of extra power to get things done.
